We treat your family as our own—delivering reliable, compassionate support and open communication every step of the way.

Support Includes:

Companionship to reduce loneliness and isolation

Encouragement for hobbies, creative activities, and conversation

Supervision and safety monitoring in the home or community

Accompaniment to community outings, events, or medical appointments

What We Provide:

Trained and compassionate staff with Level II background clearance

Ongoing communication with family or guardians

Person-centered support that respects individual preferences and routines

Optional coordination with other service providers or support coordinators

How Services Are Delivered:

One-on-one care provided in the individual’s home or community setting

Staff are carefully matched based on personality, needs, and schedule

Services available part-time or full-time, based on client preference

Visits may include transportation, conversation, meals, games, and more

Eligibility Criteria:

Individuals needing social support or non-medical assistance

Adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities

Individuals referred through the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD)

Must have documentation of need; referrals can be made by a Waiver Support Coordinator or other medical professional

Enrolled in a Medicaid Waiver program or eligible for private pay, Long-Term Care plans, or other insurance
